Dancer, creator and teacher, working as freelancer since 2014.
Graduated from the School of Dance of National Conservatory in Lisbon, she later
did FAICC from Companhia Instável. In parallel, she graduated in architecture at
FAUP, education that has been supporting her practice as creator, namely in
diverse sitespecicif projects in collaboration with Companhia Instável.
As a dancer/performer, she has been dancing her own creations and working
with creators/companies such as Companhia Paulo Ribeiro, Hugo Calhim
Cristovão&Joana von Mayer Trindade/ Nuisis Zobop, Companhia Instável, Nuno
M.Cardoso/ TNSJ, Miguel Moreira e Romeu Runa/ Útero, Pedro Carvalho/ Ventos
e Tempestades, Mariana Amorim/ Esquiva, Elisa Zupini.
She has created the pieces “Oásis” (2015), “Dueto Para Cinco” (2017), ”Synopsis”
(2018), “Discursos” (2019) and is working on her last creation “SCHULD”. And the
sitespecific pieces “Demografia”(in FAICC), “Teia” (collaboration with Companhia
Instável and Casa da Arquitectura de Matosinhos) and “(Entre)” (collaboration
with Companhia Instável and Cine-teatro Alba).
As a teacher, she works since 2020 at Ginasiano Escola de Dança in Gaia and
Escola de Dança de Vila de Conde and has been guest teacher for Classical and
Contemporary dance in other schools in Portugal.

In parallel, I have graduated in Architecture at FAUP, an education that has been supporting my practice as creator, namely in diverse sitespecicif projects - such as the works “Demografia”(at Percursos FAICC), “Teia” (collaboration with Companhia Instável and Casa da Arquitectura de Matosinhos) and “(Entre)” (collaboration with Companhia Instável and Cine-teatro Alba).
As a dancer, I has been dancing my own creations and working with creators and companies such as Companhia Paulo Ribeiro, Hugo Calhim Cristovão & Joana von Mayer Trindade/Nuisis Zobop, Companhia Instável, Nuno M.Cardoso/TNSJ, Miguel Moreira and Romeu Runa/ Útero, Pedro Carvalho/ Ventos e Tempestades, Mariana Amorim/ Esquiva, Elisa Zupini.
As a creator, I have presented the pieces “Oásis” (2015. Production of ESTÚDIO B), “Dueto Para Cinco” (2017. Co-creation with Beatriz Valentim), ”Synopsis” (2018.co-creation with Sofia Leite), “Discursos” (2019 at Palcos Instáveis) and the latest work I am working on “SCHULD” (2021 at FIS-Festival Internacional de Solos and Regards Croisés).
As a teacher, I have been working in vocacional schools in the north of Portugal, namely at Ginasiano Escola de Dança and Escola de Dança do Conservatório de Música, Teatro e Dança de Vila de Conde.
